The Copper collection incorporates QuanTanium, the best non-stick surface on the market which includes titanium manufactured by Whitford for Infinity Chefs.

QuanTanium is the first and only multi-layer non-stick surface with a mixture of titanium particles. Multi-layer with high resistance to scratching, abrasion and wear & tear, which beats any conventional non-stick coating on the market.

The QuanTanium non-stick system was designed to create optimum synergy with titanium, which provides maximum resistance to wear & tear. The titanium used in the QuanTanium coating is much harder than the chrome or steel used in most cooking utensils.

Infinity Chefs' coatings are developed on the basis of three fundamental principles.

The Copper collection's grill plate and the special grill pan for fish feature new "Full Brazing Technology".

Full Brazing induction consists of a triple layer of forged aluminium on the surface, pure aluminium in the centre and a plate of stainless steel which completely covers the base of each pan. This welding technology guarantees the perfect fusion between the layers and makes them virtually impossible to separate.

What is the result of this fusion? Cooking times are reduced by 34% in comparison to traditional induction pans. This technology provides extra induction and uniform heat distribution through the base from side to side.
